Nobile Notary (General Notarizations)
As a licensed mobile notary (also called a traveling notary or notary on wheels), we are a licensed notary public who comes to you instead of requiring you to visit their office.
We charge a travel fee in addition to the state’s standard notary fee, making it convenient for people who can’t easily travel (elderly, disabled, busy professionals, or those in remote areas). In short: Same legal notary service, but delivered at your doorstep.
What we do:
- We travel to your location (home, office, hospital, jail, airport, etc.) with their notary tools (stamp, journal, ID verification supplies).
- We perform standard notary services on the spot, such as:
- Acknowledging signatures
- Administering oaths or affirmations
- Taking affidavits or depositions
- Common uses: real estate closings (escrow docs), loan signings, powers of attorney, wills, medical directives, court documents, etc.
Mobile Notary Signing Agent (Mortgage Loan Signing)
As a certified mobile notary signing agent (NSA), we are specialized notary public who travels to clients (often to their home, office, hospital, or other location) to handle document signings—primarily for real estate loan closings (mortgage refinances, purchases, etc.).
In short: We make the notary and loan-signing process convenient by coming to you, especially useful for busy people, seniors, or those who can’t easily travel to a bank or title office.
What we do:
- Act as a mobile notary who brings their notary stamp, journal, and supplies to the client.
- Witness and notarize signatures on legal documents (e.g., deeds, loan papers, affidavits).
- For loan closings, they explain the documents in a neutral way (they don’t give legal or financial advice), ensure everything is signed correctly, and return the completed package to the title company or lender on time.
- We often work independently or through signing companies and are paid per signing (plus mileage in many cases).
Mobile IdenTrust IGC Services
As a certified California-based IdenTrust IGC digital Agent, we apply a digital signature with an incorporated professional or agency seal using an IdenTrust Global Common/IGC certificate.
In short, it replaces paper-based signing + physical sealing with a single, secure, verifiable electronic process that is tamper-proof, legally valid, and widely accepted by California and other government entities. It works directly in tools like Adobe Acrobat without extra software in most cases. For specifics, requirements can vary by agency or profession.
We performs these core functions:
- Digitally signs documents — It cryptographically binds the signer’s verified identity to the file (typically PDFs, plans, or official records) using public key cryptography. This creates a legally binding, non-repudiable signature equivalent to a wet-ink signature under U.S. laws like the ESIGN Act and California’s Government Code standards.
- Applies a visible/professional digital seal — The signature can embed an official stamp or seal (e.g., for licensed engineers, architects, surveyors, notaries, or agencies). This replaces traditional physical embossed or stamped seals on plans and submissions.
- Ensures document integrity and tamper detection — Any change after sealing invalidates the signature, alerting viewers (commonly verified in Adobe Acrobat/Reader).
- Provides authentication and trust — The IGC certificate is identity-vetted (rigorous proofing) and cross-certified with the Federal Bridge, making it trusted by federal, state (including California agencies like Los Angeles County), and local governments for electronic submissions.
Common Uses in California:
- Submitting sealed engineering/architectural plans or government documents electronically.
- Secure, compliant transactions that require high-assurance digital signatures.
